About our quotes

All quotes and estimates from Hawkeye General Contracting LLC - whether delivered via the free-quote form, email, or in person - are non-binding until both parties sign a written contract. Pricing reflects current material costs and may be revised if those costs change significantly before work begins.

Our “beat any written quote” guarantee applies to written competitor quotes for comparable scope and materials. We reserve the right to decline matching quotes that we believe materially underbid the actual work required.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties on materials are honored by the manufacturer, not by us. Hawkeye provides a 1-year labor warranty unless your signed contract says otherwise. Full warranty terms are detailed in your signed contract.

Limitation of liability

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of service. We do our best to make the information here accurate, but we’re not liable for decisions you make based on information you read here. Your actual project terms, scope, warranties, and pricing are governed by the signed contract for that project, not this site.

Pennsylvania consumer protection

We’re registered as Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor #176346. All work over $500 is governed by the Pennsylvania Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act (HICPA), including the 3-day right of rescission. Your written contract will detail these rights.
